
On your two slices of (vegan, non-crap) bread gently and thoughtfully place:
9 slices of a tomato (left side)
9 slices of a cucumber (right side)
As many thin-sliced tofu pieces as will fit (left side)
Avocado the same but put it over the cucumber
Then add the the vitals on top of the tofu:
A drizzle of sesame seed oil
Pepper and chives to taste.
You'll want this puppy to stay together so give it a gentle smoosh when you attach the halves to create the beautiful whole. You'll thank yourself when you taste every ingredient of the spicy freshness.
